Born on December 2 1981 on the 2nd of December in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model who is well-known for her roles in TV shows and films. Brandt began her career as a model in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut came with the role of Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared on numerous television series in the last ten years, such as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt is currently portraying Mazikeen who is a character on Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasies Lucifer. Brandt was born and was raised in Cape Town South Africa and then moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand with her family during her teenage years. Her first job was as a model when she appeared in print advertisements and commercials. She also worked in sales as well as being consultant in information technology prior to becoming renowned as a fashion designer. In 2009, she got her first acting role as Leilani for the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Her first big appearance was in 2021, when she performed the role as a slave-girl Naevia for the Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena, she reprised the role of Naevia. Craig Parker was her co-star in three separate TV shows, including Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). Her first role was Mazikeen, a demon who pursues bounty hunters in Netflix's hit show Lucifer. The role is her most prominent to date. In the show, she co-stars with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
